Can Quo Warranto Resolve Obama Eligibility Issue?

According to www.constitution.org, “the common law writ of quo warranto has been suppressed at the federal level in the United States, and deprecated at the state level, but remains a right under the Ninth Amendment which was understood and presumed by the Founders, and which affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents”.

 

Can quo warranto be the last bastion of hope for due process to resolve the Obama eligibility for President issue? After all, lawsuits have been filed all over the country by reputable individuals to no avail. According to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, however, the case would be heard under quo warranto by the Supreme Court if four of the nine justices could be convinced of its worthiness.
