Today, it is being reported that this same Army reservist, Major Stefan Frederick Cook, has been fired from his civilian job after his private employer, Simtech, was compelled to do so by the Department of Defense. The heavy-handed involvement by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, in Simtech’s decision to fire Major Cook was verified by its CEO. Simtech does business with Defense Security Services.

This is wrong on so many levels that it defies belief to even contemplate. First, the Department of Defense has no authority to compel any private sector company to do anything unless they are doing something that is compromising national security. Second, and most important, is that this and every dispute and lawsuit ever filed concerning Obama’s presidential legitimacy goes away if he does just one thing… makes public his long-form birth certificate confirming that he is a U.S. citizen. This is the true problem for Obama and the government and, I believe, they have unwittingly opened much wider the crack in the dike with this unprecedented and unjust intervention in the private sector. This may be their true Achille’s heel on this important constitutional topic… we’ll see.

Don’t look for this in the annals of the mainstream media, however, this is a huge victory for the advocates that President Obama be coerced to produce his long-form birth certificate to qualify his constitutional eligibility to be President.

On the surface, it appears just another military order has been rescinded. The question that must be asked is why. The military, very quietly and without explanation, rescinded the order in lieu of a very public spectacle which would, invariably, bring to general light (as opposed to the enlightened knowledge that you inquisitively seek everyday) the President’s eligibility issue. You know the Administration was involved in this decision, although it’s not stated. It’s quite clear that no qualifying birth certificate exists or why would the powers that be go to this extreme? In my mind this action truly qualifies the President as illegitimate until he proves otherwise.

What happens if every member of the military that is given a future order makes the same argument that this astute and pioneering soldier made? How long do you think the resulting chaos would be able to be spun by the Obama damage control team and their willing accomplices in the mainstream media? This may be the first true crack in the huge proverbial dike… as an American seeking justice from an unjust Administration and Congress, I can only hope this is the case.

Barack Obama’s entire life story is shrouded in secrecy and obfuscation. Is this just an astronomic coincidence, or does our President have information to hide that would cast a dim light upon the character and image that has been collaboratively choreographed by Obama, his campaign, his Administration, the mainstream media, and his followers & special interests. President Obama actually recently said “I will never hide the truth because it is uncomfortable.” Well, as far as I’m concerned, actions speak much louder than words and the legal full court press that the Adminstration is putting on in the interest of keeping sealed his birth certificate and college records is speaking volumes.

Although the validity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate in establishing that he is a natural-born American citizen and thus legitimate to be President has been an issue since long before he was chosen by the American electorate, it has never seen the light of day as a mainstream topic and has even been danced around by alternative media outlets. Never dismiss the power of popular opinion that we collectively wield as Americans.

Yes, it’s true. The Obama Administration continues it’s overreaching and Constitution usurpation. First, in an unprecedented move, they have taken oversight of the 2010 Census from the Commerce Department, where it had, traditionally, been one of that department’s major responsibilities. Now, in another unprecendented and unsubstantiated move, the Obama Administration plans to use a portion of the $700 million that has been allocated for the Census to be used to, get this, enable the 140,000 people who are being hired by the government specifically for this Census job to record the GPS coordinates of every one of the 145 million addresses in America starting NOW… not in 2010 when the 2010 Census is supposed to occur.

What purpose other than malicious intent could be the reason for such a violation of our individual liberties, and to make us pay for it? Why is it being done now… Is this the reason why Obama has taken control of the Census? Why are the coordinates required to be taken within 40 feet of the front door… Could it be so that Obama and his proposed domestic army (eerily reminiscent of the SS from Hitler’s Nazi Germany) can target you and your family if you “fall out of line”?

The lunacy continues as the Obama Administration shores up their appointments to advisory posts, arguably the most influential segment toward dictating administration policy. This time it’s Rosa Brooks, an extreme liberal LA Times columnist who was very outspoken against Bush Administration policy, particularly in its handling of the War on Terror. She actually wrote articles where she placed blame upon the U.S. for the 9/11 al-Qaida attacks. To add insult to injury she worked for George Soros and argued in favor of government control of the media, a historical bellwether to communism.

Well now, by virtue of the new administration’s wisdom and master plan for American “change” she is advisor to Michelle Fluornoy, undersecretary of defense for policy, understood to be one of the most influential in the Pentagon.

What does a far-left columnist from Los Angeles know about dictating U.S. defense policy in a position where she will be privy to extremely sensitive classified documents and information? Obvious enough to forward the dangerous security and foreign policy agenda that has become the hallmark of this deliberately reckless administration, whose apparent end game is to undermine our national security interests by whatever means. After all, her boss the President is doing a pretty good job with this himself by currying favor with tin pot communist regime dictators throughout the world (Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and Cuba’s Castro brothers within the past few days), unheard of since the onset of The Cold War, and unnecessarily disseminating our national security secrets (Guantanamo interrogation procedures de-classified last week).

The U.K.’s Telegraph wrote in an editorial, “It is hard to think of a more inappropriate political appointment at a time when America needs a hard-headed approach to winning a global war instead of defeatist, far-left rhetoric. Let’s hope this is isn’t the kind of advice the new administration takes on for the war in Afghanistan.”

President Obama has demonstrated this week during his “Beat Up America Tour” across Western Europe and the Middle East, his deficient knowledge of the basis of democracy as conveyed by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and, ultimately, the Constitution. Through his statements propping up Islam and subjugating Judeo-Christianity, the President, obviously, believes that Islam has done more to shape America than Christianity.

One has to first ask “What is Obama doing over there now?”. The so-called G20 Economic Summit is long over (in which absolutely nothing was accomplished which will benefit the U.S.), yet, still he remains. Then you have to ask “How does apologizing for America’s rugged individualism and stewardship to the world benefit Americans?”. Isn’t the President supposed to always be speaking in the best interest of his country and not tearing it down and speaking of its citizens as “arrogant”? Well, I can tell you there’s at least one arrogant American… no, not just arrogant… narcissistic. Could it be that this entire charade is just about him… positioning himself as the friend of the world, currying favor with those who would destroy us, and the one who will bring America and Americans down to size because he has a stereotypic, radical view of America through the eyes of the likes of Reverend Jeremiah Wright and William Ayers… individuals who shaped the America hating belief system of a troubled youth seeking an ideology to embrace, like water to a sponge.

Let’s take a look at a few of his comments this week that demonstrate his inept grasp of Americans and American history, his lack of understanding of what it means to be an American and his narcissistic tendencies…

“The U.S. is not and will never be at war with Islam.”
He has adopted as his own brainchild that which was common knowledge during the Post 9/11 Bush Administration. This was the undertone of the entire War on Terror during the Bush Administration where it was repeated continuously that Islam was not the enemy. The War was, and continues to be, against the Islamofascist cancerous manipulation of the Islamic religion for terrorist and tyranical self-interest.

Where in this country’s heritage can you point to where Islam has shaped our country? The founding fathers embedded in our founding documents and their speeches and statements, the Christian values that bestow upon us the unalienable rights of freedom and the pursuit of happiness.

We are a Christian nation, which was founded upon Christian principles, indisputable if you are a student of our founding. He is partially correct… we are bound by ideals and values, however, we are a nation of individuals that derive our values from those set forth in our founding documents and the brilliance of our founding fathers who recognized the importance of recognizing God as omnipotent and the only one that can bestow the right of freedom upon any man. We are truly a Christian nation and there’s nothing that Obama or any one in his adminstration can do to change that despite how well it fits their agenda.

The House Financial Services Committee, headed by chairman Barney Frank, just passed a bill (all committee Democrats voted for it and all but 2 committee Republicans voted against it) permitting it to proceed to the House for a vote to make it law. The “Pay for Performance Act of 2009″ would enable the Treasury Department, headed by Secretary Timothy Geithner, to set the salary of EVERY employee working for ANY company that receives a capitalist investment from the U.S. government, INCLUDING the ability to supercede existing contracts and compensation/salary agreements as the Treasury department “sees fit”. Look’s like Barney Frank and his liberal buddies are well on their way to making every one of us a ward of the “state”.
