AGK: America’s Gotta Know

Executive Orders (EO) themselves fly in the face of one of the tenets of our U.S. Constitution, despite having been exercised by every U.S. President since George Washington. In general, it takes a 2/3 majority of Congress to override an Executive Order.

The International Criminal Police Organization or Interpol’s primary function is to collect and share information on international criminals with countries federal police agencies - the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the U.S.  Why, at this time, would President Obama amend a standing Executive Order bestowing diplomatic immunity privileges upon Interpol, exempting Interpol from search and seizure by law enforcement including the FBI, exemption from U.S. taxes, and immunity from FOIA requests? This happened with little mainstream media fanfare (of course) on December 16th.

As stated by WorldNetDaily, “Anthony Martin at the Examiner noted the international agency (Interpol) now can operate in the U.S. will (sic) ’full immunity’ from U.S. laws and “with complete independence from oversight from the FBI.”

Some of my thoughts on Obama’s potential “true objective(s)” of this Executive Order based upon past actions by the Obama Administration…

1. Is Obama positioning the U.S. for oversight by a “higher order” international government and police entity?

2. Could this be a critical piece of the puzzle toward organizing a civilian force that rivals the U.S. military as he has previously stated as one of his objectives?

3. Is there information on Obama’s purported checkered past (and those of the many criminals from whom he seeks counsel) dangerously close to being made public, such that he needs a vehicle to protect it from ever seeing the light of day? Potential examples, to name only a few, are his radical associations, his true Islamic heritage and the origin of his “real” birth certificate.

4. Is he attempting to control the dissemination of information which could thwart malevolent Islamic terrorist activities throughout the world such as to corruptively support his international diversity initiative (ie. his goal to prop up every nation in the world by undermining everything that America has stood and for which it stands as an appeasement olive branch)?

I suggest you draw your own conclusions on this most suspicious EO amendment, which undermines the Interpol exemptions that were put in place when this EO 12425 was originated by Ronald Reagan in 1983.

If you can believe it, this issue, which, of course, remains untouched by our gatekeepers of democracy, the mainstream media, is probably MORE IMPORTANT to our families’ collective futures than healthcare, cap and trade, and illegal immigration legislation combined.

According to Lord Christopher Monckton, a recognized man-made climate change skeptic, who has read the United Nations Global Climate Change Treaty, this document is no more than a guise to establish a New World Communist government. It’s, basically, Obama’s U.S. cap & trade and redistribution of wealth policies on steroids at the international level, enabling the U.S. to fund the global climate change hoax on a worldwide level, however, it’s much more sinister than that.

The kicker is that if this treaty is signed by Obama (and all indications are that the Nobel Peace Prize laureate will not back down from this grand opportunity to further subjugate the U.S. and become a leader in the New World government - it’s a dream come true for our Community Organizer in Chief), our very Constitution prevents us from ever correcting the malevolence. The reason is this treaty takes precedence over our Consititution and withdrawing from it requires approval from all the other signing member countries, which won’t happen because we’ll be the primary funder.

This conference takes place in Copenhagen in December. Please pass this to everyone you know and let’s jointly figure out how we can most efficiently and rapidly get the word out to patriotic Americans about this travesty. Well, I made it yesterday morning to the second row of Senator Arlen Specter’s Town Hall Meeting at Harrisburg Community College in my childhood hometown of Lebanon, PA. I arrived there to stand in line at about 7:15AM for a 9AM door-opening and a punctual 9:30AM start when the Senator and his entourage arrived. I can tell you from the ground, there was no appearance of a consolidated conspiracy to undermine the House’s current version HR 3200 healthcare bill. There was, however, an outpouring of passion by concerned Americans about the direction that this bill and many others which have been and are currently being pursued by Congress are taking this country. It was not the radical, organized, anti-American “Nazi”, “KKK”, so-called “astroturf” “mob” being portrayed by liberal congressional Democrats and echoed by the mainstream media. It was just average Americans, who wouldn’t even be there had they not been “awakened”, exercising their 1st Amendment constitutional rights in voicing their displeasure with the Obama Administration and this Congress. For this they are being demonized and marginalized despite their numbers, which cannot be ignored.

The response was overwhelmingly in opposition. In fact, out of 31 citizen speakers, only 1 indicated any favoritism at all to the healthcare bill in its current form and/or the path on which the federal government is leading us, in general. The Democrats, however, appear to be indignant and in denial to the reality that confronts them. Either that, or they are just so set in their ways that they believe they can, in partisan fashion, do whatever they want to do due to their numbers in Congress, regardless of the desires of their constituency. I’d say congressional Democrats had better wake-up. No one can force feed such significant liberty infringing legislation upon American people who have this much animosity toward it, without suffering retribution by those same passionate Americans. My prediction is that, unless the Democrats experience a near-term epiphany and respond accordingly, they will find themselves at a significant numeric disadvantage in Congress following the Nov-2010 mid-term elections.

Healthcare or Cap-and-Trade legislation passed anywhere close to their current forms will be not only a death knell for America as we know it but, as well, the political aspirations of many career politicians. Who knows, maybe fending for themselves in the private sector is just the dose of reality they need to become productive citizens as opposed to the condescending, elite royalty of which they currently believe they are the benefactors?

Are these good things for Americans? The following are actually in the House healthcare bill currently under consideration…

1. Healthcare will be rationed. Yes, it states your annual limitation to be $5,000 per individual and $10,000 per family and covers no preventative care. A government committee, composed primarily of individuals who can be appointed by the President, will determine the treatments and benefits for which you qualify.

2. Healthcare will be provided to all non-U.S. citizens and any nonresident alien is exempt from individual taxes (ie. citizens pay for illegals’ healthcare).

3. The government will have access to your finances and direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.

4. A single payer system is the end game despite President Obama’s statements otherwise concerning “his bill”. The government is creating a healthcare exchange to bring private plans under their control. No company can sue the governments for price-fixing, which means the government has the means to eliminate all private competition with no fear of litigation. Businesses will be significantly penalized for not providing the public option.

5. The government will use community organizers like ACORN and Americorps to “inform and educate” people (ie. sign them up).

6. Individuals are “forced” to have heathcare deemed “acceptable” by the government, whether they want it or not, since they will be taxed 2.5% of their income if they don’t.

7. The government will have access to all your medical records and finances and a National ID Healthcare Card will be issued.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. The infringement upon our liberties, trampling of the Constitution and imminent destruction of the finest medical delivery system in the world goes on for 1017 pages in H.R. 3200…

There’s no doubt that our healthcare system requires reform, however, what’s needed is a private-sector overhaul with government oversight, not a socialist government takeover of 1/7th of the U.S. economy.

This is what concerned citizens are bringing to light at these town hall meetings throughout the country. These individuals are not the lunatic fringe. They are patriots exercising their 1st Amendment right to free speech, which the government apparently desires to suppress. The lunatic fringe is the 500 plus so-called public servants in the legislative and executive branches of our current government that are trying to ram this atrocity down the throats of the American people.

Don’t be intimidated by the demonization of us concerned Americans that’s being done by the President, extreme liberals in Congress and their willing accomplices in the mainstream, virtually state-run, media. Make no mistake, the government bureaucracy and the consequential assault on American liberties that this bill would create will be virtually impossible to reverse at any time within our realistic futures, once enacted.

Demand that your voice be heard by contacting your congressmen and attending these town halls during the congressional recess over the next few weeks. This bill would usher in a “new” America… one in which most of us will have no desire to live. If you won’t do it for yourself, do it for your kids and their kids.

Be afraid, be very afraid. This is truly that important!

It contends that legal precedent has been established defining “natural born” U.S. citizenship as one being born on the U.S. mainland to BOTH parents who are U.S. citizens. As far as I know, it’s an irrefutable and uncontested fact that Barack Hussein Obama’s father of the same name was a Kenyan national and British subject at the time of junior’s birth. This, in itself, invalidates Obama’s presidency. At the very least it substantiates the need for a congressional inquiry.

Well, it’s possible that the second shoe has just dropped. Orly Taitz, lawyer of record on many lawsuits that have been brought forth on this constitutional issue, has anonymously received a birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama, which identifies him as having been born on August 4, 1961 in Mombasa, Kenya. The document is being authenticated. What a 48th birthday present that would be for the President.

The phrase “natural born citizen” is key, because the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Parker Shannon featured on his site charts and quotes from Congress on his page claiming a person needs to have both parents as U.S. citizens to be considered a “natural born” citizen, as opposed to just being born in the U.S., which would make someone a “native born” citizen.

It sounds like Parker Shannon, a 70 year old retiree from suburban Boston, has shut down his website www.theobamafile.com, in which it sounds was contained a treasure trove of information on Barack Hussein Obama. He says he is not doing it because of any government intervention, but because he received no financial support from the site’s visitors despite a prominent request on the site to do so. Unfortunately, I didn’t even know about this site or I’m sure I would have contributed, particularly, upon recognizing the substantial time and noble investigative effort that it represented toward obtaining the truth concerning the enigma Obama.

Mr. Shannon, also, believes the end is imminent for Obama in his statement “This guy is coming down, there’s nothing anybody can do about it”. He continues, “It’s out in the open now. It’s viral, as they say, on the Internet”. As well, he said, “The game’s afoot, there’s enough guys out there that have entered the fray. Nature will take it’s course.”.

I count myself among those who have entered the fray and, hopefully, I can honorably continue Mr. Shannon’s legacy toward identifying and disseminating the truth. We must all maintain vigilance to assure the unscrupulous in our government and those that support them are not permitted to violate laws, undermine our great Constitution or infringe upon our God given liberties.

Rush Limbaugh, who has been conspicuously silent on this important topic of constitutional jurisprudence, sounded off yesterday on President Obama’s refusal to present his long-form birth certificate to justify his eligibility to be President of the United States. Limbaugh did it within the context of his personal legal audit disputes with New York State tax authorities, however, this is significant due to the volume of his audience. Continued alternative media visibility of this kind is going to be required to fuel an ever growing public outrage to this intuitively obvious travesty being perpetrated upon all Americans, independent of ideology.
