Do the research and get involved. If you’re as concerned about this as I am after doing so, complain to your Congressmen and ask them why Obama won’t be convening a Senate vote prior to Copenhagen to obtain the Constitutional 2/3rds majority consent prior to signing any international treaty.
Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution states “He (the President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur…”
