Congress Being Sued Over Obama’s U.S. Citizenship

The lawsuits continue to be brought (and denied or dismissed) and still Barack Hussein Obama has NOT provided an authenticated birth certificate certifying he is a natural born US citizen, a qualifying requirement to be President of the United States per the U.S. Constitution Article 2, Section 1 which reads “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” This most recent lawsuit which lists many defendants including Barack Hussein Obama II; as well as the U.S. Congress, former Vice President Dick Cheney and standing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi; for their failure to act before or during the acceptance of the Electoral College delegate votes in the recent presidential election.

This inept inaction by our elected officials, if true, not only is undermining a basic tenet of the U.S. Constitution, but, also, our country’s national security by opening our President to potential blackmailing by foreign countries.

Please see this WND article that summarizes the lawsuit and chronicles previous lawsuits that have been denied or dismissed…

You have to admit… it is bewildering, not unlike many facets of this fledgling administration that have transpired in just the past 11 days since inauguration.

King Obama, His Highness?

President-elect Barack Obama hasn’t even been sworn in as President yet and his “followers” are already preparing the legal groundwork for him to stay there indefinitely. A Democrat Representative from New York has introduced a bill that proposes the elimination of the 2-term limit for the President, which, if passed, would repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution. Here’s the WND article…
